A blog that I follow (Money Saving Mom) has turned me on to a search engine that allows you to earn points toward prizes for using their search engine. The search engine is powered by Google and Ask, and it doesn't seem to miss a beat. I just joined so I haven't accumulated many points yet--but I did earn two points on my first search (none since then).
You can earn gift cards from merchants like Amazon, Starbucks and Target. They also offer merchandise prizes.
